The Utopia office renovated all common areas of the Sea Side hotel in Agia Pelagia, Crete. We redesigned the entrance, reception, lobby, main bar, and facades of the main building to create luxurious, accessible spaces that radiate homely hospitality, comfort, and uniqueness. For the outdoor areas, we aimed to convey prestige and a mild monumentality.
