This private project required the layout of bungalows and a bar on a seaside stretch of land near Erateini, as well as the overall landscaping of the property which was intended as a holiday resort. The building structures were positioned so as to ensure that they were autonomous and functional, while harmoniously set within the broader naturally styled landscape. Similarly, all required infrastructures were arranged and planned both as independent units and as intertwined elements of an aesthetically and functionally coordinated whole. An additional goal, following the client´s stated wish, was to enhance the greenscape and create a sense of "freshness", by generously introducing local flora in interesting yet naturalistic motifs.
