This is the "Papyrus" villa, named so because of the characteristic wall over the master bed, which unfolds like a papyrus. As with the rest of this resort, we tried to visualise a pre-existing simple architectural framework and to transform it, using as inspiration a simple natural concept, in this case the unrolling papyrus and the tree bark. We then organised the entire room interiors using various interpretations of this plastic motif.
