This 3000 sq.m. plot of land in Potamia is gifted with wonderful views. However, its very steep slope (more than 32 meters of altitude difference) posed a substantial challenge. One pressing technical issue was to ensure the structural stability of the slope. A second design issue was how to transform it into a functional quality exterior space, capable of effectively hosting all of the family’s diverse needs.
The end result was a charming sequentially terraced garden, each level designed to host a different activity, unified by a lush green Mediterranean floral softscape.
